Paige's Story

Making a Positive Impact

Having struggled with weight and body image for most of my life, I know how challenging and vulnerable it can be to make the decision to change your body and your LIFE.  Starting in High school, I was a working plus-sized model. I struggled with my desire to want to look a “certain” way and yet being rewarded with jobs for being heavier than I wanted to be.  In 2008 I really started to focus on my fitness and wellness.  I was worried what it would do to my career, but I also knew I had to make a change. I chose to focus on my wellness and avoid a life of gaining weight and declining activity.  At that time I never dreamed I would run 5 half-marathons, become a successful personal trainer,  teach over 9 different group fitness formats, and be the active mother that I am now.

 

My philosophy is that you never know what your future can hold.  Getting “in-shape” should not be a punishment, it is a celebration of what your body can do.  I believe that ANYONE can make positive steps better themselves no matter where they are. If you decide to work with me, you will gain a coach and someone that has an endless supply of belief in you.  What are you waiting for, let’s do this.

This is the most convenient and customizable option for you to help you achieve your goals.  By working one-on-one or small groups, I will understand how your body works and help you identify any inefficiencies.  I own a full suite of equipment that can be brought to you, or help you utilize your exsisting home gym.  Sessions range in price, starting at $65. Message me for custom pricing on small groups.

With a background in modeling, special events, and fitness I have a broad and unique grasp of lifestyle.  Being based in Atlanta, I have an extensive network of professionals in all fields of beauty, lifestyle, organization, style and much more.  Working with with me not only includes my expertise in health and wellness, but also access to my folio of highly vetted professionals to help you achieve your goals.

As a Nutrition Coach I can help you find a way to eat that fits into your lifestyle all while achieving your goals.  Let me help you find ways to feed you (and your family) without feeling deprived and frustrated.  I offer education, accountability and a sustainable way to feed yourself without compromising flavor and joy.

If you find that you don't need someone counting reps with you each day, I can design a customized workout program that you can execute with equipment that you have access to.  I have also helped clients design home gyms and pick equipment that they will love and use for years to come.

Working with Paige was exactly what I needed to help get me over my fitness plateau. We started out by weighing in and measuring my body fat, and then discussing my current diet and exercise regimen, and outlining my fitness goals. 

During our weekly meetings, Paige planned a one on one workout designed specifically for my fitness goals. We discussed my meal plan for the week, and addressed any potential problem areas. She helped me plan around things like travel, work events, family visits, and holidays, so that I was always prepared for any temptations. She was always responsive in the event that I had an unexpected meal at a restaurant, and helped me choose the healthy options. During our meetings we also planned my workouts for the week. We planned my gym workouts, and she gave me custom workouts to do at home on the off days. 

Paige is so motivating! She checked in with me regularly to make sure that I was keeping on track, and that I didn't have any questions or issues. I am happy to say that after six months, I was stronger, leaner, and in the best shape of my life.
